O ABSENTEÍSMO CAUSADO POR TRANSTORNOS MENTAIS E DO COMPORTAMENTO: ANÁLISE DO CUSTO PELO AFASTAMENTO DE PROFISSIONAIS NA POLÍCIA MILITAR DO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO.
Resumo
Durante os últimos anos observa-se uma crescente evolução do acometimento de transtornos mentais e do comportamento (TCM) em policiais militares causando assim quedas no emprego do efetivo estatal. Objetivos: Analisar os efeitos epidemiológicos e de custo pelo absenteísmo de policiais militares do Estado de Mato Grosso TCM no ano de 2019, bem como identificar o grupo mais afetado pela incidência de dispensa médica. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo de delineamento descritivo, transversal e observacional, sendo analisados 105 policiais militares durante o ano de 2019. Resultados: A idade média dos policiais investigados é de 38,2 ±6,92 anos, o tempo médio de serviço é de 14,73 ±7,05 anos, o tempo médio de afastamento é de 147,30 ±103,41 dias, o custo médio do afastamento é de R$ 42.595,90 ±47.729,66 reais, com maiores incidências de casos em Cuiabá-MT, o grupo de sargento foi a maior quantidade de registro de absenteísmo com 50 policiais (47,6%) e o menor foi de tenente-coronel com três registros (2,9. Conclusão: Verificou-se que os efeitos do absenteísmo implicam em fatores econômicos, pessoais e na qualidade de serviço à sociedade. Sugere-se que a Polícia Militar realize um estudo detalhado das causas reais de tais afastamentos, realizando acompanhamento de multiprofissionais de seus policiais no sentido de ser minimizados os efeitos de absenteísmo nas Unidades da PMMT e ainda adoção de medidas que possam estimular o desenvolvimento de hábitos saudáveis, tais como a prática de atividades físicas constantes entre outros, afim de prevenir tais afastamentos.
